The manufacture of homemade chocolate can be a lengthy process and may take several attempts and lots of patience. There is no recipe for good or bad, and a combination of different ingredients can be used to obtain the desired flavor, but practice makes perfect and make the work worthwhile.

Difficulty: Challenging
What you need:
Milk
Cocoa beans
Sugar
Cocoa butter
Step 1:
Cocoa beans roasted in the oven or in a coffee roaster. The roasted beans should be between 5 and 35 minutes at a temperatures between 250 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Start roasting the grains in the higher temperature, reducing heat gradually until the seeds begin to crack. The cracks shown toasting is complete.

Step 2:
Shell cocoa beans by removing the husk (outer layer) of the point (real) beans. This process can take a long time, because the most effective way is by hand and is easier if the beans are roasted properly.

Step 3:
Crush the fruit, until the beans are converted into a fine chocolate liqueur. Some good juicer for this process, otherwise it must be done manually and can be very complicated.

Step 4:
Add cocoa butter, sugar and milk, if desired. Each manufacturer of chocolate with a different recipe, you can repeat this step for some experiments. Start by using only a little milk and cocoa butter.

Step 5:
Fold the chocolate continuously. This will do as conching, the more it is the goal oily chocolate. (The less they do, the more courageous than the chocolate type.) It may be necessary to obtain a smoother surface for hours.

Step 6:
Cool chocolate to 90 degrees Celsius and pour you into the desired shape. Use a form to bars or other forms
